Lieutenant Colonel Loren Todd

LTC Loren Todd was commissioned in June 2001 as a Field Artillery officer with assignment to C Battery (Airborne), 4-11th Field Artillery at Ft. Richardson, AK. As an Arctic paratrooper, he held positions as a company fire support officer, battery fire direction officer and battery executive officer.

 

Following his tour in Alaska, LTC Todd was assigned as the fire support officer for the 2nd Battalion, 9th Infantry at Camp Casey, Korea.  He returned to the United States in October 2006 to serve as the S-4 for the 3rd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment (AFAR) at Ft. Bragg, NC.  He then commanded A Battery, 3-319 AFAR from November 2007 to December 2009.

 

LTC Todd transitioned to the Acquisition career field in January 2010 and was assigned to the Operational Test Command as a test officer.  In January 2013, he was reassigned to the Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space as an assistant product manager. He moved to an assignment at the Pentagon in June 2015, initially supporting the Patriot air defense program before being assigned as the deputy director of the Army Systems Acquisition Review Council (ASARC) Secretariat.

 

LTC Todd has completed four operational deployments, two each in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Central Washington University and a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.  His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal (with Oak Leaf Cluster), the Army Commendation Medal (with six Oak Leaf Clusters), the Army Achievement Medal and the Senior Parachutist Badge.  He is married to LTC Erin Eike, Executive Officer to the Army’s Network Cross-Functional Team Director.
